Private Coaching Intake Process

What to expect and how to prepare.


Step 1: Book your discovery call. 

During this complimentary 30-minute call, we will discuss your health challenges and how I can help you overcome them. Be ready to briefly discuss your current state of health and your wellness goals. 


Step 2: Fill out your intake questionnaire. 

Once we’ve made the decision to work together, you’ll be sent an invitation to my secure and private client management portal. This is where you will have access to your intake forms. Please fill them out before our first appointment. 


Step 3: Schedule your initial consultation. 

During your first appointment, we’ll have an in-depth discussion about your health history, your goals, your daily routine, what's working for you and what isn't, and anything else that will help me understand. Please arrive on time and ready to engage — you’ll get your best results when you treat this as a health partnership!


Step 4: Testing and review.

We’ll begin uncovering your hidden stressors with personalized functional lab testing. Your lab kits will be shipped directly to your home for convenient collection. Once I’ve received the results and completed a full analysis, we will meet to review your results and discuss my recommendations for your customized health optimization plan.


Step 5: Follow-up coaching sessions.

Every 4-6 weeks, we will meet to answer any questions you may have, review your progress, and make adjustments to your plan if necessary. I may also recommend additional lab testing for review.
